From May 25, 2018 natural persons gain new rights under the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR) introduced by the European Union. As it turns out, the entrepreneur’s data contains personal data, and trading in them is not possible without the consent of the entrepreneur himself. To meet the expectations, or rather to follow the wave of changes, we have introduced additional mechanisms that now operate in our company. They are intended to facilitate control over the data entrusted to us and decisions on their use.
In order to enable the exercise of the following rights, methods of verifying access rights must be used:
Everyone who has a Customer account will be able to use their rights without restrictions after logging in, but anyone who does not have a Customer account or in a given service does not have such an option, and BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. has his/her personal data may apply for the exercise of rights only after verifying the right to exercise the rights in relation to the requested data. Of course, these steps are taken solely to prevent unauthorized access to Customers’ personal data.

In the event of a change to both or one of the data, personal authorization at the company’s headquarters or any other documentation of the right to request the exercise of specific rights to specific data will be possible, and the data administrator will decide on the validity of the actions taken if the Customer is unable to respond to the data after 3 attempts. contact – the data will be irretrievably deleted from the database.
The change process will, as far as possible, take place in real time or in the shortest time possible to perform the requested operation at a given moment.

3. Type of data, how we obtain, collect or may collect it and how we use your data:
a) Registration data – when you register in our store or website (if possible), when an employee of BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. sets up your panel or we sign a written contract – we only collect data necessary to handle specific orders, these are: e-mail address, name and surname, contact telephone number, correspondence address or address for shipping an invoice or goods, possibly NIP. If the form allows you to provide other optional data, you can do so to further personalize your account, but you do not have to. All passwords saved in the panel are encrypted (MD5) and no one can read them from any technical service point. It is possible to leave the password in the panel only with your consent (at your express request) – for your convenience.

Who has access to the data: employees of BFE Europe Sp. z o. o., entities participating in the technical service of the contract, e.g. those processing online payments, the owner of the server operating software, the owner of the server, shipping, or debt collection companies cooperating with BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. in the field of handling orders from BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. specified in law.
b) Marketing data – this is data: e-mail address, telephone number left as contact details via notifications or other messages, based on each consent you provide to us.
Reasons for use: informational purposes about the offer or changes in commercial terms, advertising the services of BFE Europe Sp. z o. o., occasional news or other content related to the services provided by BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. services.

Who has access to the data: employees of BFE Europe Sp. z o. o., entities participating in the technical service of the contract, e.g. those processing online payments, the owner of the server software and the server administrator, the server owner, shipping only for the purposes of the execution of orders ordered by BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. activities.
c) Competition and survey data – This type of personal data is used when signing up for various types of promotional activities. The type of data will depend on the type of promotion. You must consent to all activities, and access to your data will be available to all entities participating in a given promotion only for the purposes of implementing the ordered activities. We implement appropriate technical measures and use only proven collaborators, but remember that despite data encryption, certificates, alarms and policies implemented to protect against unauthorized access and unnecessary storage of user’s personal data in our systems, there is no reliable way to fully secure data.
