Information about the Privacy Policy:

In the Policy below, we present information regarding your relationship with BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. regarding personal data. This Policy applies to all services provided by BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter referred to as services provided by BFE Europe Sp. z o. o.).

If we ever require new data or change the way we process it, we will contact you by e-mail (or any other specific contact channel) and let you know what we are changing, why and what will result from it. Of course, you can always unsubscribe from our database by sending us information to the e-mail address: biuro@bfe.com.pl and the marking that we should permanently remove.

The primary purpose of the document below is to make all interested parties aware that you provide us with all data with your consent, voluntarily, and we will also present the reasons why we collect this data and what happens to it next, what rights you have in this respect and what we do to ensure that protect.

From May 25, 2018 natural persons gain new rights under the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR) introduced by the European Union. As it turns out, the entrepreneur’s data contains personal data, and trading in them is not possible without the consent of the entrepreneur himself. To meet the expectations, or rather to follow the wave of changes, we have introduced additional mechanisms that now operate in our company. They are intended to facilitate control over the data entrusted to us and decisions on their use.

In order to enable the exercise of the following rights, methods of verifying access rights must be used:

Everyone who has a Customer account will be able to use their rights without restrictions after logging in, but anyone who does not have a Customer account or in a given service does not have such an option, and BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. has his/her personal data may apply for the exercise of rights only after verifying the right to exercise the rights in relation to the requested data. 3. Type of data, how we obtain, collect or may collect it and how we use your data:

a) Registration data – when you register in our store or website (if possible), when an employee of BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. sets up your panel or we sign a written contract – we only collect data necessary to handle specific orders, these are: e-mail address, name and surname, contact telephone number, correspondence address or address for shipping an invoice or goods, possibly NIP. If the form allows you to provide other optional data, you can do so to further personalize your account, but you do not have to. All passwords saved in the panel are encrypted (MD5) and no one can read them from any technical service point. b) Marketing data – this is data: e-mail address, telephone number left as contact details via notifications or other messages, based on each consent you provide to us.
