To meet the expectations, or rather to follow the wave of changes, we have introduced additional mechanisms that now operate in our company. They are intended to facilitate control over the data entrusted to us and decisions on their use.

In order to enable the exercise of the following rights, methods of verifying access rights must be used:

Everyone who has a Customer account will be able to use their rights without restrictions after logging in, but anyone who does not have a Customer account or in a given service does not have such an option, and BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. has his/her personal data may apply for the exercise of rights only after verifying the right to exercise the rights in relation to the requested data. 3. Type of data, how we obtain, collect or may collect it and how we use your data:

a) Registration data – when you register in our store or website (if possible), when an employee of BFE Europe Sp. z o. o. sets up your panel or we sign a written contract – we only collect data necessary to handle specific orders, these are: e-mail address, name and surname, contact telephone number, correspondence address or address for shipping an invoice or goods, possibly NIP.
